It was an exceptional evening with dignitaries and journalists but also filled with visitors interested in contemporary art. The event was particularly significant for the Tunisian community since we opened a new showroom, the first dedicated to contemporary art at the museum. I had the chance to discuss art with the Minister of Tunisian culture, His Excellency Mr. Mourad Sakli, and Sébastien Beaulieu, Canada’s ambassador to Tunisia, as well as several journalists from the art world. I also gave a TV interview for a national Tunisian station.
